VGMA Must Ban Blakk Cedi Not Shatta Wale And Stonebuoy- Kubolor fumes








Controversial Ghanaian-Romania artist Wanlav the Kubolor is appealing to the board of the Vodafone Ghana Music Award (VGMA) to take off ban from two top Musicians Shatta Wale and Stonebowy.



According to Wanlav Kubolor, the brawl between these two artists did not call for a ban but rather a caution or punishment from the boards. He added that the only culprit which needed to be banned by the board is Blakk Cedi, former manager of Stonebowy. Arguing that it was Blakk Cedi who gave Stonebowy a gun on stage which arouse tempers.

The board of the Vodafone Ghana Music Award with Amandzeba Brew and Rex Omar being part of the board together with their colleagues banned Stonebowy and Shatta Wale from partaking in any activities of the event due to the fear and panic they caused during the 2019 VGMA night. Rex Omar after the ban of these artist, announced that they are not above the law or more important than the other artist.

Organizers of the VGMA opened nominations for the 2020 awards from January 2nd and will be closed on the 30th of January.
